The rules
What counts.
- Referrals must be first-time Innovex customers — no code-sharing within an existing customer's team.
- Both rewards trigger when the referred customer's first booking completes (after the shoot, not at deposit).
- Credit expires 12 months from the referral — same window as loyalty credit.
- No cap on how many friends you can refer. Stack them.
- Refer-a-friend stacks with loyalty tier credits AND member rates — three layers on the same booking.
