The fine print
- VAT is calculated on the final invoice where applicable.
- 50% deposit locks the date; balance due the day before or on arrival.
- Loyalty and referral credits stack on package totals — applied at checkout.
- Overtime beyond the package duration is billed at AED 400 per started hour.
- Agency retainers are invoiced monthly with 30-day payment terms.
- Cancellation follows our standard policy — flat 50% of total.
